Mr. Ajay Chandrakant Bhanage leads Zleepit with passion, warmth, and determination. A strategic leader focused on R&D, vendor development, and customer relations, he envisions not only building a trusted brand but also providing at least 50 employment opportunities to empower communities.
Founder & Director, Mr. Ajay Chandrakant Bhanage, is an entrepreneur with over 16 years of experience in sales and marketing and more than 14 years in factory operations.

From starting as a freelancer in sales to mastering plastic printing and factory management, he built a strong foundation in business operations, customer understanding, and product development.

In 2024, he decided to create his own brand—Zleepit—driven by the belief that sleep is one of life’s most important investments. His vision goes beyond business: he is passionate about educating people on the importance of quality sleep and creating products that truly enhance health and well-being.
